Stoford secures Northamptonshire logistics site
Developer Stoford and privately owned property company Gallan have signed a circa.35-acre land promotion and development agreement in Crick, West Northamptonshire.

LOCATED OFF Dockham Way, the land totalling 34.2 acres has the potential to deliver up to 500,000 ft2 of industrial and logistics space.
The site lies a short distance from Junction 18 of the M1 motorway, and adjoins the established Crick Employment Area, home to a range of local, regional and national occupiers including Costco and Inspired Pet Nutrition.
The joint venture already has other existing sites in Crick and now this site brings the total being promoted by Stoford and Gallan to 140-acres.
Stoford and Gallan will be working with Wallis Real Estate who represented the landowners to secure panning permission.
