Worcester Six Business Park plans more midbox warehousing
Developer Stoford has submitted plans for five new small to midbox units at its Worcester Six Business Park in rte West Midlands.

PROPOSALS ENVISAGE five units ranging from 5,532 ft2 up to 34,401 ft2, with options to combine. on a for sale or to lease basis, on a 3.46 acre plot known as North Point.
The units are designed to meet growing demand from manufacturing, light industrial businesses and SMEs.
Stoford director Edward Peel, said: “The latest planning application at Worcester Six will further diversify the offer at the site and support continued business growth in the region.”
Marketing agent Harris Lamb director Charles D’Auncey, said: “These units will be a great addition as they offer a totally different type of space to anything else currently available at Worcester Six. North Point occupies a prominent position in a strategic location adjacent to Junction 6 of the M5 motorway.”
