Developer plots two new midbox scheme in the Midlands
Industrial & Logistics specialist Erdgard Development, in partnership with the Richardson family business, is plotting two new midbox warehouse scheme in Wolverhampton and Northampton.

THE DEVELOPER has submitted plans for a 10-acre site at Pendeford Business Park in Wolverhampton to be known as Pulse to provide BREEAM Excellent rated units ranging from 21,000 ft2 to 80,000 ft2 with a GDV of £36 million and at the same time has submitted proposals to deliver three BREEAM Excellent-rated units of 46,436 ft2, 63,669 ft2 and 76,133 ft2 on a 11.5-acre site in Brackmills in Northamptonshire totalling 186,237 ft2. If approved, the scheme will be available for occupation in Q3 2027.
Erdgard director Gareth Williams, said of the Northampton proposals: “Having acquired vacant buildings late last year, we are pleased to have submitted an application that if approved, will bring this site back into beneficial use through the development of a high-quality employment scheme. Brackmills is home to several high-profile occupiers, and its strategic location will also prove popular with occupiers looking for a superior working environment.”
In a similar vein, Erdgard director Allan Wilson, said of the Wolverhampton scheme: “We are excited by the prospect of bringing this redundant site back into beneficial use. If approved, the application will enable the development of three high-quality industrial and logistics units in an outstanding working environment.”
Savills and CBRE have been appointed at joint leasing agents at Pulse, Wolverhampton while Newmark, Savills and TDB Real Estate have been appointed at joint leasing agents at Platform, Brackmills.
