West Midlands midbox scheme all snapped up – albeit two years in the making…
Specialist mid box investor and asset manager Axel Logistics has let the final two midbox warehouses at its three unit urban midbox scheme in Hams Hall West Midlands.

GLOBAL LOGISTICS company Expeditors – an existing tenant with Axel Logistics – has secured a 10-year lease on the two urban midbox assets in 17 A & B Hams Hall, Birmingham in a deal two years in the making.
The two midbox units are being combined into a small logistics campus for Expeditors, including a complex in-situ refurbishment of its existing unit to improve green credentials to EPC A.
Axel Logistics worked with outgoing tenant DP World to avoid single day of vacancy on the second unit – Unit 17B.
