Korean omnichannel beauty retailer secures Derby NDC
Korean beauty company PURESEOUL has taken a warehouse at investor developer Indurent’s Indurent Park Derby in the East Midlands as it new UK national distribution centre.

IT HAS taken a 10 year lease on Unit D61, a 61,168 ft2 property which it will operate as its UK national distribution hub, supporting its store network, Superdrug concession partnership and e-commerce fulfilment operations.
The unit is built to EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards, and boasts 58,134 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves as well as three dock and four level access doors. It has a 35m yard and some 3,034 ft2 of Grade A office space.
PURESEOUL CEO and Co-Founder Leslie Tang, said: “Securing a dedicated UK distribution hub at Indurent Park Derby marks a major milestone in our growth journey. As PURESEOUL continues to expand across both retail and e-commerce, planning to double our store count by end of 2026, this facility provides the scale, efficiency, and connectivity needed to support our operations and customers nationwide”
It was set up in the UK in 2019, and offers over 2,000 authentic skincare, makeup, and haircare products sourced directly from top Korean brands
Indurent Park Derby spans some 50 acres and provides a range of units from 40 – 77,000 ft2.
