3PL snaps up Daventry warehouse
3PL CEVA has snapped up a circa.100,000 ft2 newly refurbished warehouse on Apex Park, Daventry.

IT HAS taken Daventry 99, a 99,584 ft2 facility which boasts 87,670 ft2 of warehsoue space with 11m eaves that has nine dock and three level access doors with a 45m yard as well as 11,914 ft2 of Grade A two storey office space.
The property has been fully refurbished to achieve BREEAM Excellent and ERC A rating.
Joint letting agents were ILP Partner and CBRE.
