Lighting distributor secures Southeast distribution centre
Premium global lighting brand Visual Comfort & Co has taken developer a new warehouse at Panattoni’s Panattoni Park Brighton scheme in the Southeast.

THE COMPANY has taken a 10 -year lease on the 49,270 ft2 building known as Unit 3 expanding its UK and European distribution footprint to serve its growing customer base across premium retail showrooms, trade partners and online platforms more effectively. The facility comprises 43,010 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves as well as for elvel access doors served by a 33.8m yard. In addition there is 6,260 ft2 of Grade A offices.
In common with all seven units at the park, it carries a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating with roof-mounted solar photovoltaic systems, rainwater harvesting, FM2 flooring, a 2.5 MVA park-wide power supply and LED lighting as standard.

Panattoni Park Brighton continues to offer five further units available immediately, ranging from 19,693 ft2 to 55,397 ft2.
