Sportswear company takes Warrington warehouse

Fraser Group subsidiary Topgrade Sportswear has taken developer Indurent’s T80 warehouse at its circa.125,000 ft2 two-unit Indurent Trident Business Park scheme in Warrington in the Northwest.

THE SPORTSWEAR distributor has taken a 10-year lease on the 80,000 ft2  property following expansion as it moves from smaller premises in Warrington.

The unit was one of two previously leased to Regency Glass before the company decided to relocate and upsize to Indurent’s 420,000 ft2 Omega West 420 facility late last year.

The 82,891 ft2  property boasts a 75,926 ft2 warehouse with 10m eaves, two Euro and six dock as well as two level access doors with a 48m yard accommodating 24 HGV parking spaces. It has 6,865 ft2 of two storey office space, The building has achieved a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
