KNOWN AS Hillwoood Park Luton the 16-acre scheme, located within the established Sundon Park Industrial Estate, will comprise eight warehouse units ranging from 14,251 to 79,975 ft2 targetting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating
Hillwood UK Vice President Greg Dalton said: “There is a clear, sustained demand for highly sustainable Grade-A logistics space nationally and this this strategic Luton corridor is well-placed to satisfy this demand. We look forward to seeing the site progress.”
This scheme marks the third project appointment for Glencar with the developer, following successful collaborations at Crewe 335 and Wigan 100.
The project has been designed to meet the rising demands of modern manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce occupiers and will deliver much needed new logistics space into a highly strategic location just minutes from the M1 (Junction 11A).
The scheme is being marketed by retained leasing agents CBRE and DTRE, with practical completion targeted for Spring 2027.
