Last warehouse on the Liver Industrial Estate snapped up
Container accommodation fabrication company Mersey Container Services has taken iBox’s 63,415 ft2 refurbished warehouse at the Liver Industrial Estate in Merseyside in the Northwest – the last void on the scheme.

THE WAREHOUSE represented the largest void in iBox’s portfolio following an early surrender and dilapidations settlement with the previous occupier. An agreement for lease was completed during the refurbishment program with Mersey Container Services, and the estate is now fully let.
The refurbishment programme delivered a high-spec transformation, including new roof, new cladding, replacement roller shutter doors and achieved an EPC A rating. The property boasts 7.59m eaves with three dock and four level access doors.
Letting agents were B8 Real Estate, LM6 and JLL.
