Reserved matters planning win for 350,000 ft2 plus Peterborough warehouse
Hillwood UK and joint venture partner The Church Commissioners for England have secured detailed planning consent for a 300,000 ft2 plus speculative warehouse at its 127-acre Flagship Park development in Peterborough.

APPROVAL HAS been secured for a 352,033 ft2 building on the 1.36 million ft2 industrial and logistics scheme which will be built to secure BREEAM Excellent and EPC A standards.
The building, on its own separate plat with own access, is to be known as Flagship North, will consist of a 337,360 ft2 warehouse space with 12,568 ft2 of Grade A offices and a 947 ft2 hub office. It will have 18.5m eaves, 34 dock and three level access doors, a 50m yard depth with 61 HGV parking spaces and a 3.5MvA power supply.
Site preparation works have commenced, and the scheme offers wider build-to-suit opportunities for industrial and logistics units ranging from 30,000 up to 850,000 ft2.
