EXCLUSIVE: Hong Kong listed courier conglomerate J&T Express to launch in UK
THE $10 billion USD international delivery and logistics company J&T Express is set to launch its brand in the UK following the acquisition of a new warehouse facility in the Midlands and registration of J&T Express UK at Companies House.

FOUNDED IN Jakarta Indonesia in 2015 by Chinese businessman Jet Jei Li, the company specialises in e-commerce fulfilment and cross-border shipping, operating across 13 countries globally, including Southeast Asia, China, Brazil, Mexico, and the Middle East. As of 2024 it recorded a daily parcel collection of more than 100 million packages. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2023.
Last week it completed on a deal to secure Marq Logistics’ MPS11 warehouse at the investor developer’s 15 million ft2 plus Magna Park Lutterworth scheme in the East Midlands. This will be J&T Express’ first warehouse facility into the UK and Europe.

The property is believed to have been taken on a 10 year lease at a rent in the region of £10.25 per ft2. DTRE and Cushman & Wakefield advised on the letting of the 119,252 ft2 building.
MPS11 boasts 108,629 ft2 of warehouse space with15m eaves and 12 dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 45 HGVs. In addition, it has 10,646 ft2 of two storey Grade A offices as well as a separate 345 ft2 gatehouse. It is also 100% PV ready and designed to WELLness principles.
On its J&T Express UK website, the company says it is preparing to launch in the UK and is actively looking to recruit a range of logistics and warehouse specialists for its newly acquired facility at Magna Park including a Route Planning and a Dispatch Management specialist, hub operation team leader, a sorting centre manager and network management manager.
In order to grow its business exponentially it is also seeking franchise partners across the UK. “As long as your team has the ability to deliver parcels, you are welcome to join us.”

As of 31st December 2025, J&T Express had 246 transfer centres, 19,300 outlets and 6,600 network partners worldwide.
