EXCLUSIVE: Courier conglomerate J&T Express secures second warehouse facility in UK
Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed international delivery and logistics company J&T Express has taken a second facility in the UK with the leasing of a warehouse in the Northwest.

THE $10 billion USD company which Logistics Matters revealed only on Monday was launching in the UK with its debut warehouse facility at Marq Logistics’ 15 million ft2 plus Magna Park Lutterworth scheme in the East Midlands has now been revealed as the occupier behind the leasing of Cabot’s circa.87,500 ft2 warehouse in Kingsway, Rochdale in the Northwest.
Known as Cabot 87 the facility totalling 87,577 ft2 boasts 80,259 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves as well as 10 dock and two level access doors. It has 7,318 ft2 of two storey office space and has been built to target BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating.
The company is looking to expand quickly across the UK and is actively seeking franchise partners across the UK.Â
