Midbox warehouse proposed on former Rolls Royce site near Coventry

Manse Opus Ansty the joint venture formed between Manse & Opus Land to redevelop the former Rolls-Royce Ansty site, has submitted planning proposals to develop a midbox warehouse on a 6.5 acre plot at the Prospero Ansty development near Coventry.

THE PROPOSALS are for a 65,000 ft2 high-specification unit designed with sustainability, efficiency, and operational flexibility in mind, targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

It will have 12m eaves as well as six dock and two level access doors served by a 41m yard.

Prospero Ansty is is located at Junction 2 of the M6 motorway and Junction 1 of the M69 motorway, enabling instant access to the motorway network and national and international connections.

Architect is David Lock Associates . Sole agent is Newmark.
