Indurent Park Knowsley will deliver approximately 208,000 sq ft of industrial space on land located behind Indurent’s existing Moorgate Point development, having recently received planning approval. The scheme benefits from strong connectivity to Liverpool, Manchester and the wider motorway network.
The second development, Indurent 200, Knowsley, is located within Knowsley Business Park and will provide c.200,000 ft2 of high- specification industrial space. Construction started earlier this summer, and the scheme is expected to reach practical completion in Q1 2027.
Both sites are being built to the ‘Indurent Code’, targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings and incorporating a net-zero ready design, with roof capacity for an enhanced solar PV array and EV charging infrastructure.
Earlier this year, Indurent also signed a 145,000 ft2 lease with Singleton Trading at its Knowsley Moorgate Point development in Knowsley, reflecting continued occupier demand in the area.
Together, the two developments are expected to support more than 350 jobs, contributing to continued economic growth across the Liverpool and Manchester region and reinforcing Knowsley’s role as a key hub for industrial and logistics activity in the North West.
Joint letting agents for Knowsley 200 are DTRE and JLL.
