THE SITE close to Junction 2 of the M6 and the start of the M69 is adjacent to 4.26 million ft2 proposed Sports Direct/Fraser Group Campus which allows BARJANE to ‘piggy back’ the scheme by making use of already approved infrastructure allowing traffic generated from its scheme to access the motorway network directly, avoiding impact on local roads and nearby communities.

The developer is currently at initial consultation stage before a planning application is submitted to give local residents, businesses and stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposals.

The facility is expected to support around 700 jobs, and will include extensive landscaping, tree planting and screening to provide a green buffer along the perimeter closest to Ansty village.

Since 2006, BARJANE has delivered over 8 million ft2 of high-quality workspace across the UK and Europe, including Rugby 106 at Central Park (pictured) and the 350,000 ft2 Decathlon DC in Brackmills, Northampton.
