THE PROPERTY to be known as Europark 35, is currently under construction and will provide 35,770 ft2 of BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rated industrial and logistics space.

As part of the Europark Rugby development on Watling Street (A5) immediately north of Rugby, Europark 35 is set to provide 33,269 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves  as we as teo dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard. It will also benefit from 2,501 ft2 of office space including ground floor reception.

Thercel Land Managing Director Christopher Utley said: “Europark 35 is being developed speculatively because we believe there remains good demand for well-located, modern industrial buildings in the Rugby area. Its location, yard provision and specification should make it attractive to a wide range of occupiers.

“We also have planning consent in place for Europark 25, a further approximately 25,000 ft2 industrial and warehouse building, which we intend to bring forward as the next phase of development at the estate.”
