WITH THE first AION V SUVs delivered to customers, DHL will manage parts storage, inventory management, order fulfilment and distribution through its UK logistics network. The operation launches with more than 1,250 genuine AION V part lines in stock and available for rapid nationwide delivery, providing retailers, repairers and accredited workshops with fast access to components when required.

AION’s dealer network is expected to reach around 25 locations by the end of 2026, with ambitions to grow to approximately 100 locations by 2030.

The DHL-managed operation combines warehousing, inventory control and fast delivery capabilities, giving AION retailers and service partners access to parts within 24 hours across the UK. The fully digitised ordering system has been designed to minimise vehicle downtime and provide confidence to customers.
