THE COMPANY has taken a lease on Unit 2 at Chinese global conglomerate JD.COM property subsidiary Jingdong Properties’ recently acquired warehouse scheme at Griffen Park in Leicestershire, East Midlands.

AUKLogisUK is a cross-border supply chain logistics and warehousing enterprise that specializes in medium and large-value goods moving from China to Europe and North America. It’s parent company WesternPost Group was founded in 2015 and is based out of the United States. AUKLogis UK was registered at Unit 2 Griffen Park in July this year, it was incorporated on 15 January 2026 at Companies House

Jingdong Property bought units 1 and 2 as well as a design and build plot for up to circa. 680,000 ft2 of warehouse space at Griffen Park, Desford, Leicestershire from developer and fund manager Griffen UK in January this year.

Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 have been constructed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings, and include EV charging infrastructure, cladding insulation with a BREEAM Green Guide ‘A+’ rating, and the flexibility to install rooftop solar PV systems.

Unit 2 totals 103,679 ft2 and boasts 96,455 ft2 of warehsoue space with 12.5m eaves and eight dock and to level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 18 HGVs. It has 7,234 ft2 of two storey Grade A office space.
