EVRI secures Gloucester hub
Parcel delivery firm EVRI has secured a warehouse on the second phase of developer investor Indurent’s 1 million ft2 Indurent Park Gloucester in the Southwest.

THE COMPANY has taken Unit 12, a 57,436 ft2 warehouse, on a 10 year lease. The warehouse was the largest facility built on 235,000 ft2 12 multi-let unit development making up the final phase of the 58-acre scheme.
The property boasts 54,429 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves and four dock and two level access doors served by a 35m yard. It has 3,214 ft2 of Grade A office space and has been built to targe BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A Rating.
