Jet Environmental expands service team amid continued growth
As part of a wider investment programme across its operations, leading HVAC specialist Jet Environmental Systems has expanded its service and maintenance division through three strategic appointments to meet growing customer demand across the UK and Ireland.

THE COMPANY has welcomed Andrea Gauntlett as service & maintenance co-ordinator, alongside experienced HVAC engineers Kris Moynihan and Paul Ryan. These appointments strengthen Jet’s ability to deliver planned maintenance, reactive support and 24/7/365 emergency call-out services, while expanding its nationwide coverage.
Andrea is responsible for coordinating planned maintenance schedules, reactive callouts, subcontractor activities and service contract administration, while Kris and Paul bring extensive HVAC engineering expertise, further expanding the company’s field service capabilities. Together, the appointments increase Jet’s dedicated engineering team to five and enhance its ability to meet demanding service-level agreements across a growing customer base.
Jason Hibbs, Jet’s managing director, said: “As our service division continues to grow, investing in skilled people is key to maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Andrea, Kris and Paul bring valuable experience that adds to our technical expertise and expands our ability to support customers across the UK.”
“These appointments are part of a wider investment across the business as we continue to develop our capabilities, enhance our service offering and support future growth.”
Over the past 12 months, Jet’s new client portfolio has grown by approximately 30%, while existing customers have increased the number of sites the company supports. This has expanded Jet’s self-delivered service coverage from Dartford and Bridgwater to Cumbria, supported by a 24/7 call-out rota and advanced remote monitoring capabilities.
A key strength of Jet’s service offering is the close collaboration between its service and project teams, which provides customers with access to extensive technical expertise and helps maximise system reliability and operational performance. Combined with remote monitoring technology that can identify potential issues before they escalate, the company continues to deliver a proactive approach to HVAC service and maintenance.
As Jet continues to invest across multiple departments, the company remains focused on consolidating its market position through improved operational delivery, innovation and customer support.
