THE OUTLINE planning proposals  put forward by landlord Fradley Properties will see the site which is currently home to Palletways UK and Richard Winterton Auctioneers, redeveloped to provide  up to 454,990 ft2 of logistics space in one or several  individual units built along with ancillary office uses, car parking, yard and servicing, landscaping

and associated works. The development will target a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

The 28-acre brownfield site will be occupied by the current occupants until May 2028, when the site will be left

vacant. It lies within the western boundary of the wider Fradley Park employment area, currently comprises circa 1,48 million ft2 of employment space over 173 acres, across a range of unit sizes from 30,000 ft2 to 400,000 ft2. It includes a number of key occupiers including DHL, Norgren, London City Bon and Faurecia.

The planning documents noted that if all floorspace were delivered under Use Class B8, between to 445 and 604 new jobs could be delivered.
