Panattoni bring forward further 1.16 million ft2 of speculative industrial and logistics space in Swindon
Privately owned developer Panattoni has announced that is bringing forward another 1.16 million ft2 of industrial and logistics space at its 7.2 million ft2 Panattoni Park Swindon scheme in the Southwest on a speculative basis.

IT IS under construction with four units comprising S160 at 158,013 ft2, S220 at 217,476 ft2, S260 at 260,318 ft2, and S520 at 521,745 ft2, providing occupiers with a choice of building sizes within a single strategic development. The facilities, which are being constructed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating, are scheduled for practical completion in May and June next year. S520 is scheduled to complete in May 2027, with S160, S220, and S260 following in June 2027.
The scheme also boasts S920, the UK’s largest speculative industrial and logistics facility which completed in X this year. The cross dock facility comprises the 919,765 ft2 of space with 889,691 ft2 of warehouse space with 21m eaves, as well as 125 dock and eight level access doors served by yard up to 118m with 240 trailer parking spaces and 360 degree circulation. The property has 24,970 ft2 of Grade A office space with a 2,857 ft2 entrance and a 3000 ft2 separate gatehouse. It also boasts 7.3 MVA of grid power. Crucially, the combination of its scale and 21m height delivers exceptional cubic capacity.

Earlier this year Panattoni let S545 a 545,000 ft2 facility to the Ministry of Defence as NATOs largest drone testing facility.
