Bin lorry manufacturer secures Trafford park depot
Leading British manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles Dennis Eagle has taken a warehouse at Churchill Point, Trafford Park, Manchester as a repair and maintenance facility.

Harleyford Capital acquired the building for just over £4 million in December last year in an off market deal with then owner occupier MediaCo. It has been vacant ever since.
Davies Harrison advised MediaCo in the sale while Harleyford Capital was represented by Knight Frank. Davies Harrison was retained to let the vacant building alongside DTRE.
