THE MIDBOX warehouse properties will range in size from 12,000 to 57,000 ft2 with the scheme set to complete in Q2 2027.

Alongside the new units, the site also benefits from planning permission for two further units of 211,000 ft2 and 134,000 ft2, both available on a design and build basis for occupiers requiring bespoke, larger-scale facilities.

Airfields, Deeside sits within the recently announced Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone, providing occupiers in the advanced manufacturing sector with access to a range of incentives including business rates relief, enhanced capital allowances, and NIC contributions.
