Hinckley midbox warehouse secures planning approval
Hinckley Investment, a joint venture between Bridges Fund Management and developer Graftongate, has secured planning permission for its 95,000 ft2 warehouse in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

THE CONTROVERSIAL application was initially deferred by the Council in July with concerns about its height and mass. Hinckley Investment reduced the height of the facility and the planning application was approved this week.
The proposed scheme is to be developed on a 2.4-acre site of the former sports pitch land at Nutts Lane, within the palisade-fenced industrial compound of Hammonds Furniture. Once operational the scheme is expected to provide up to 250 jobs
