The new S15 series of M18 tubular sensors from Datalogic is offered in both plastic and stainless steel IP69K housing versions.
Plastic versions are recommended for cost and space savings, both plastic and metal housing types are available with a wide selection of sensing functions, ranging from 4m retro reflective to 1m diffuse proximity, 120mm background suppression and 20m through beam.
Each model is available with or without trimmer for setting which enables the sensors to be used in a variety of applications such as assembly and conveyor lines, processing and packaging machinery.
