Slick service secures deal

Impact Handling has used its all-makes expertise to secure a sole supplier servicing agreement with Leeds-based Q8Oils, to maintain its busy 16-strong fleet of materials handling equipment in optimum condition.

Q8Oils awarded the contract to Impact Handling following a comprehensive review of its maintenance requirements, selecting the company’s Doncaster depot for its fast response times, quality of performance and the ability to combine service support with the provision of additional machines on short term hire.

The customer’s fleet of reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts and power pallet trucks are used for a variety of demanding roles around Q8Oils’ ISO 9001:2008-accredited blending plant located to the east of Leeds.
