Doncaster speculative warehouse reaches PC

ERGO in its Aver property partnership with NFU Mutual and Waystone Hargreaves Land, the joint venture company behind the Unity development project near Doncaster in Yorkshire, has reached practical completion on its speculative warehouse known as Doncaster 191.

MAIN CONTRACTOR Caddick Construction reached practical completion on the building this month  within the 10-month build period allotted.

The unit occupies a 10-acre plot within Unity Connect, one of the dedicated employment areas of the Unity scheme, located immediately adjacent to Junction 5 of the M18 motorway. It boasts 15m eaves, a 50kn floor loading, two ground and 18  dock level doors as well as two storey grade A office space. It has been built to target BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rating.

The unit is being marketed by joint agents Knight Frank and JLL.

Unity Connect has outline planning permission for industrial and logistics space and forms part of a wider planning permission for 2 million ft² of commercial space and 3,100 homes across the Unity development site.
