EVRi secure third unit in as many months

Parcel distribution company EVRi has secured its third warehouse in as many months with the acquisition of a 163,000 ft2 plus property in the East Midlands.

EVRI HAS taken a five year lease on Delin Properties’ XDoc163 warehouse situated on Magna Park in Lutterworth which swiftly follows on from its acquisition of properties in Sheffield and Avonmouth.
LSH head of industrial & logistics James Polson, said: “This is the 3rd acquisition in recent months on behalf of EVRi, which is shows the strength and growth of its logistics network and capabilities.”
Xdoc163 is a cross dock facility with 12.5m eaves, with 22 dock and three level access doors as well as parking for 40 HGVs and 150 cars on a 9.39 acre site.
EVRi was represented by LSH, whom it has retained to source additional locations across London, the South East and the West and East Midlands for short-term Last Mile Delivery Units.
