Parcels carrier Evri has secured a 56,000 ft2 plus warehouse at Delta Park Enfield in North London.

THE PROPERTY which will be used for last mile delivery has reetnly been fully refurbished and baosts 11.2 m eaves, four dock and two level access doors, parking for 7 HGVs and 65 cars as well as 6,630 ft2 fully fitted offices.
It was being marketed by BNP Paribas and Cushman & Wakefield who acted for DTZ Investors with a quoting rent of £19 per ft2 eventually achieving a record rent for the estate of £18.75 on a 10 year lease. The 56,628 ft2 unit is the largest letting in North London so far this year
