THE 51,699 ft2 property has been taken on a 10 year lease by the manufacturer which is the only maker of intraocular lenses used in cataract surgery in the UK.

Unit 2 was one of three speculatively built mid box warehouses on the scheme and comprises 43,157 ft2 of warehouse space as well as 8,542 ft2 of offices.
