GLP lets Crawley warehouse

Investor developer GLP has let a warehouse at its GHub Crawley scheme in the southeast to British intraocular lens manufacturer Rayner Intraocular.

THE 51,699 ft2 property has been taken on a 10 year lease by the manufacturer which is the only maker of intraocular lenses used in cataract surgery in the UK.
Unit 2 was one of three speculatively built mid box warehouses on the scheme and comprises 43,157 ft2 of warehouse space as well as 8,542 ft2 of offices. It has 10m eaves as well as four dock and two level access door with a 50kn/m2 floor loading. It has a 35m yard, five HGV and 43 car parking spaces.
G-Hub Crawley comprises three highly specified Net-Zero carbon logistics units in Manor Royal. Units 2 & 3 are now let, with Unit 1 available for occupation. totalling 96,000 ft2 with 12.5m eaves.
