GLP targets third Swindon warehouse

Investor developer GLP has secured planning for a third warehouse at its G.Park Swindon scheme which it intends to build speculatively.

THE WAREHOUSE will total 83,654 ft2 of floor space for use classes B2/B8 including ancillary three storey offices, together with associated car parking and landscaping including an attenuation pond on a 5.66 acre site.
It will have 12.5m eaves as well as 16 dock and two level access doors. The building will be constructed to seek BREEAM Excellent where possible.
The application was originally submitted in 2022.
