GE-BE TRANSPORT has hired Rachel Lee, a distinguished former RAF non-commissioned officer, as its new health, safety and compliance manager.

This appointment is in response to the company’s commitment to drive to operational excellence and foster a robust health and safety culture.

Rachel first encountered Ge-Be Transport at a veterans careers fair. She said: “I’m thrilled to be working at Ge-Be Transport and to be part of a company that not only prioritises operational excellence but actively supports veterans in their transition to civilian workplaces.

“My goal is to contribute to the company’s success and further embed health and safety into the DNA of the organisation, ensuring the highest standards are met in line with the company’s growth strategy. Additionally, I aim to foster an inclusive and positive mental and wellbeing culture, ensuring we support our staff and the communities we work with.”

Ge-Be Transport is a member of the Palletways network.
