THE UNIT has been let to an online retailer. The retailer is a customer of an existing occupier on the estate, and will be using the unit for ‘last yard’ operations and driving supply chain efficiencies.
The 198,672 ft2 BREEAM Outstanding development of eight units from 6,993 ft2 to 52,070 ft2 has been lauded as the greenest industrial development in the UK. All units have been constructed from sustainable materials, incorporating renewable energy and zero carbon technologies and are carbon negative, which enables businesses to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint.
The properties share a dedicated biodiverse amenity space with outdoor seating and an outdoor gym. There are greenwalls and expansive landscaping to improve air quality as well.
Unit 4 boasts 4,484 ft2 warehouse space with 790 ft2 first floor reception and 1,719 ft2 of Grade A first floor offices
Three units remain available from 9,074 to 16,282 ft2
