Prime Leeds logistics site planned
Sterling Capital and PLP will cooperative on the 100-acre development in south Leeds.
The development, which will be an extension of Sterling Capitol’s Capitol Park Leeds, by Junction 28 of the M62, will see an outline planning application submitted to Leeds City Council soon.
