THE RECYCLING company has signed a 10 year lease for the property on a four acre site and is investing a further £7 million in the new state-of-the-art low density polyethylene film recycling plant in Winsford which will enable large quantities to be recycled in the UK and reused.

99P Recycling has been trading in the UK for the last 10 years acting as an Ecological Service Platform for plastics recycling and exporting from the UK to the Far East.

Pitalia purchased the three units comprising a total 250,000 ft2 for around £8 million in December 2021 from Henkel UK Operations and has since undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment programme on two of the unoccupied units. Unit 3, measuring 80,000 ft2 was leased back to Henkel on a five-year term. This latest deal to 99p Recycling leaves MC2, comprising 60,634 sq ft high quality industrial and office space available on a leasehold basis.

Legat Owen and JLL advised Pitalia while Nolan Redshaw acted for 99P.
