Southeast warehouses set for refurbishment

Real estate investment manager ARGO Real Estate has secured two industrial and logistics schemes in the southeast which it intends to refurbish to EPC A levels.

THE COMPANY is partnering Anchor Capital has secured the two urban industrial and trade assets for £27.3 million.
Leatherhead Trade Park and Orbital One Trading Estate, Dartford will be asset managed to include significant refurbishment repositioning the properties and targeting an EPC A rating.
ARGO Real Estate Head of Asset Management Mark Kelly, said: “These two assets fit our strategy to buy well located properties with strong underlying fundamentals and offer both significant reversion and potential to reposition and upgrade environmental performance through refurbishment. We look forward to delivering on the asset management strategy and driving both income and capital value.”
