Trafford Park midbox scheme starts

Construction of a 42,593 ft2 midbox development has started in Trafford Park in the Northwest.

THE SPECULATIVE property, known as Ark 42, has been forward funded by investors M&G Real Estate and The Prudential Assurance Company and will be built to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.
Caddick Construction has been appointed to build the facility which is being developed by Trebor Developments.
The contract will include the construction of 34,670 ft2 of warehousing with 10m eaves, two dock and two level access dorors as well as 7,923 ft2 of two storey Cat A office space. Work is expected to reach completion in time for spring 2025 occupancy.
Joint agents are B8 Real estate and CBRE. JLL is acting as project manager.
