Wholesaler secures Northwest warehouse

Food supplements and vitamins wholesaler HTC Group has taken last mile logistics real estate company Mileway’s warehouse in Runcorn in the Northwest.

HTC GROUP has taken occupancy of Fairoak 43, a 43,078 ft2 modern unit in the Whitehouse Vale Industrial Estate on a 10-year lease.
The detached self-contained property has 8.5m eaves and benefits from two dock and two level access doors to the 34,744 ft2 warehouse with a 45m deep yard. It also has 8,334 ft2 of modern two storey office accommodation.
The property was let to Lloyd Fraser Logistics in 2022 but the company fell into administration at the end of 2023.
Joint letting agents were CBRE, B8 Real Estate and DTRE.
Mileway, has also secured a 10-year lease with with Midon Logistics in Warrington which has secured a 25,000 ft2 newly renovated unit at Warrington South Distribution Park that features an integrated office area, large concrete yard, and secure perimeter with a gated entrance. The letting will allow Midon to expand business.
