Bow manufacturer and online archery accessory retailer, Merlin Archery, has teamed up with SaaS warehouse management system provider Snapfulfil in order to streamline its warehouse and fulfilment operations.
Rapid growth in sales in recent years at Merlin Archery has seen the company outgrow its existing warehouse management system, leading to sub-optimal operational efficiency.
Snapfulfil will integrate with Merlin’s order processing software, providing full visibility of all orders from receipt to despatch. The system will also improve stock accuracy, inventory control and pick accuracy, ensuring that Merlin’s customers always receive the right item and providing a solid platform for the company’s continued sales growth, including the opening of a new retail outlet within Merlin’s head office facility in Loughborough.
