Advences is a software company and certified Odoo partner based in Paris, France, with a team of 40. Its flagship solution for dealers is Odoo DMS, a dealer management system built on Odoo for equipment dealers and distributors: construction and industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, lifts, trucks, and multi-site dealer groups.

Odoo DMS brings every dealer activity into one system:
- Sales of new and used machines and spare parts: quotes, orders, pricing, delivery, and invoicing
- After-sales service: service tickets, work orders, and intervention reports with customer signatures and photos
- Technician scheduling and workshop: assignment by skills and availability, repair orders, parts used, and margin per intervention
- Parts stock and logistics across multiple warehouses: reservations, transfers, returns, and traceability
- Warranties and maintenance contracts, with automatic invoicing

Because it runs on Odoo, sales, service, stock, and accounting share one database, with real-time visibility from any device.

Advences handles the full project: data migration (machine fleets, parts catalogue), configuration, and training of sales and after-sales teams. It also builds custom AI agents connected to Odoo to automate repetitive tasks for dealers.
