Mezzanine inspired choice
The new warehouse operated by the Inspire Community Trust in the London Borough of Bexley makes maximum use of available space with a mezzanine floor and shelving installed by storage specialist Romstor and a Mezz Lift goods lift designed and manufactured by Penny Hydraulics.
Big capacity, small van
Particularly popular with service engineering organisations who need to handle a variety of tools, equipment and materials, Penny Hydraulics has been installing cranes with maximum working loads of 150 and 250kg on vans for many years.
Lighter lifting equipment
Any equipment, including cranes and loading platforms, installed on a vehicle will contribute to its overall weight. This is most important in the 3.5t and 7.5t categories where operators need to be mindful that there is always limited capacity to carry loads such as tools, equipment, materials and supplies and remain within the designated limits. Minimising the weight of equipment is always preferable.
Highway to help
Penny Hydraulics has developed a mechanical handling solution for loading and un-loading barrow loads of spoil and pieces of plant to and from the bed of the vehicle to the road side.
