Superior support as Interroll UK moves to larger premises
Interroll moved to new, larger and more modern premises, while remaining in the Kettering area in mid August. The site offers increased office and storage accommodation, as well as additional space to expand its motorised drum service department and showrooms. The company held an Open Day in September to show customers around the new facility.

Automation: plan to succeed
The decision to opt for any form of automated handling solution requires careful analysis and detailed planning. Dave Berridge, Secretary of the Automated Material Handling Systems Association (AMHSA), presents a 12-point plan to a successful project.
Chains for the beverage industry
Chain specialist iwis has introduced hardened, wear-resistant stainless steel flat top chains which are used, for example, for conveying bottle crates and returnable bottles. The new chains are surface-hardened with a special process to reduce wear and maintenance costs.
Compact column
Conveyor Systems Ltd (CSL) has launched its new ‘Super Grip’ slat-spiral elevator/lowerator, a space saving, compact column spiral conveyor that can provide a smooth, continuous high throughput and flow of product vertically to/from different floor levels.
Safety connection advances
The SICK Flexi Loop offers a simple connectivity solution for safety and plant design engineers to meet recent regulatory changes.
