3PL specialist secures Portsmouth site
Hectic Europe a 3PL which specialises in providing marketing and supply chain solutions for start up brands has taken a 35,285 ft2 warehouse in Portsmouth.

THE COMPANY secured the unit at Wrenbridge and Fiera real Estate’s 110,000 ft2 seven unit Sonar development in Portsmouth which has been constructed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
The unit has CO2 efficiency, heating and cooling systems, as well as PV panels and EV charging points, giving substantial reductions in energy consumption and associated costs to occupiers.
The 4.5 acre site was purchased through the Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund V UK in 2022 and is located between Limberline Road and Norway Road, adjacent to Hilsea Rail Station close to the M27 motorway.
One further unit is under offer, leaving five units remaining ranging from 5,498 to 16,942 ft2.
