ADI Global Distribution takes Oldham warehouse
ADI Global Distribution has secured a c.62,000 ft2 warehouse at developer investor Indurents’ Oldham Broadway Business Park in the Northwest.

THE FACILITY, known as Unit 1 Cobalt, totals 61,950 ft2 and has 58,462 ft2 of warehsoue space, with 12m eaves as well as four dock and two level access doors. In addition it has 3,488 ft2 of two storey offices. It has a BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rating.
