ASHFIELD COUNCIL unanimously granted approval earlier this week for the scheme east of Castlewood Business Park on an 81.5 acre site near Junction 28 of the M1 motorway.

Brackley Property Developments Stephen Pedrick-Moyle said: “After six years of hard work by everyone involved, we can deliver a range of modern industrial warehouse units that respond to occupier demand.

“The development will help unlock new opportunities for businesses looking to grow along the M1 corridor, while supporting wider economic growth in Ashfield and the wider Nottinghamshire area.”

The scheme is currently master planned to offer occupiers a range of units from circa 10,000 ft2 up to approximately 500,000 ft2 in a single unit on a design and build basis constructed to occupiers requirements on a freehold or leasehold basis.
