Bathroom furniture supplier secures new warehouse hub in Bristol
Bathroom furniture supplier Roper Rhodes has taken a warehouse at developer BGO and joint venture partner Equation Properties’ 65-acre Matrix 49 scheme in Avonmouth.

THE COMPANY has secured a 15 year lease on Matrix235, a 235,235 ft2 speculatively built property which recently reached practical completion.
The building comprises a 219,660 ft2 warehouse with 18m eaves and 20 dock and three level access doors. It has a 50m secure yard with parking for 27 HGVs as well as car parking for 190 vehicles.
It has 13,865 ft2 of two storey offices as well as a 300 ft2 gatehouse. The property has been constructed to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
