Bathroom supplier secures debut HQ and logistics facility in the Midlands
Ireland’s leading bathroom supplier Sonas Bathrooms has secured its first site in the UK with a UK HQ and logistics facility in Redditch, West Midlands.

THE COMPANY has taken Custodian Capital’s Alto 60 warehouse, a 60,081 ft2 speculatively developed BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated property on Ravensbank Drive.
It has 53,9777 ft2 of warehsoue space with 12.5m eaves , six dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 16 HGVs. The office space totals 5,959 ft2 with a 865 ft2 ground floor reception.
The new facility will enable the bathroom brand to expand its operations in the UK, and meet the needs of its growing customer base and workforce.
Avison Young acted on behalf of Custodian Capital in the deal, alongside Garrison Real Estate, with Band Capital advising Sonas Bathrooms.
