B&Q extends fast delivery with TradePoint Express and nationwide Deliveroo rollout
B&Q has launched TradePoint Express, a same-day delivery service for trade customers, and expanded its Deliveroo partnership to more than 100 stores nationwide.

TRADEPOINT EXPRESS, run with courier network Gophr, lets TradePoint business development managers arrange deliveries within two hours, or for a pre-booked two-hour slot on the same day. It covers B&Q’s standalone TradePoint store in Barking and 123 participating stores, with more TradePoint stores to follow later this year.
Following a successful trial, customers can now order more than 9,000 home improvement products through Deliveroo from over 100 B&Q stores, with delivery in as little as 35 minutes. The partnership began in 2024 and has grown with demand for fast access to essentials.
B&Q says both services build on recent enhancements such as Marketplace Click + Collect, and give trade and retail customers a wider range of collection and delivery options.
Amélie Gallichan-Todd, supply and logistics director at B&Q, said: “The launch of TradePoint Express and the expansion of Deliveroo to more than 100 stores are important steps in that journey, giving both trade and retail customers greater flexibility through a range of delivery options designed to suit different project needs.”
John Morgan, director of TradePoint, added the service would help members “spend less time collecting materials and more time focused on the job”.
